Refund policy
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
However, because this online shop exclusively sells products that are individually made to order (e.g., personalized print media, custom prints, bespoke designs), no right of withdrawal applies.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and § 312g(2)(1) German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts regarding:
“the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.”
Since all products offered in this shop are custom-made specifically for you and cannot be resold, withdrawal from the contract after placing your order is excluded.
Cancellation or Changes Before Production Begins
Cancellation or modification of an order is only possible if production has not yet started.
Once the production process has begun, no changes or cancellations can be accepted.
Defects / Complaints
Regardless of the exclusion of the right of withdrawal, statutory warranty rights still apply.
